NDE Recruitment Requirements 2024
To be employed by the National Directorate of Employment, you must meet the following:
- You must have good behavior and composure
- You must have a strong team spirit and excellent analytical skills
- You must be good with computers and software applications
- You must possess a problem-solving ability
- You must have good communication skills
- You must be a Nigerian citizen by birth
- You must be willing to work in a new environment
- You must be physically and mentally fit
- You must be between the age of 18-35 years.

- Birth certificate
- Court and police report
- Medical report from a registered government hospital
- Local government area identification letter
- Employment records
- Valid means of identification such as a valid driver’s license, National Identification Card, an International passport, Voters card
NDE Recruitment Qualification 2024
Before you can apply for NDE recruitment, the following educational qualifications are needed:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any related course
- HND in any relevant course
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate or WAEC with a minimum of 5 credits
