Job Roles

Job Roles

Involve in stocktaking
Ensures the balance of physical stock level with Bin Card and Pastel.
Ensures the safety of all received items before issuing them to respectful departments.
Receive, unload and shelve supplies.
3.) Procurement Officer
Roles/ Responsibilities
Ensure That Files Containing All Information Regarding Purchases and Services Kept in an Order. Work with The Accounting Department to Ensure That Vendors Are Paid On Scheduled Date and time.
Keep Inventory Levels Current and Foresees Future Needs of the Church
4.) Data Analyst
Job Qualifications/roles
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with at least 2 years of work experience. Must be able to write comprehensive reports. Must possess Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must possess An analytical mind and problem solving skills. Must pay Attention to details.
5. Graphic Designer
Job Roles
Make stunning graphics based on requirements. Amend designs after feedback before sending to pre-press for production Also Ensure final graphics and layouts are properly designed.
