Answer: Sales techniques are always changing, but some staples remain the same. However, there are four techniques I have discovered that have helped me in sales so far.

  • Staying positive is a top technique that has helped me numerous times.

 No one wants to buy from someone who is negative or doesn’t seem interested in helping them solve their problem. So, positivity is key to making sales.

3. What Are Your Biggest Challenges In Sales? 

Answer: Sales is a challenging field because it requires a lot of hard work and persistence. One challenge I face is dealing with rejection. 

As a salesperson, I often have to make dozens or even hundreds of calls before I can land a sale. And sometimes they are rejected even after making a strong pitch. 

Another challenge I face is staying motivated. Sales can be an extremely competitive field, and it’s easy to become discouraged if I do not win as many deals as I’d like.

The third biggest challenge I find is managing my time wisely. 

As a salesperson, I often have to juggle multiple tasks at once, and it’s crucial to develop a good work-life balance, if not sometimes I may end up working round the clock and giving up my personal life. 

4. What’s Your Motivation To Make Sales? 

Answer: As a salesperson, I’m motivated by a combination of factors, and some of them include

  •  The desire to provide for my family. 
  •  The burning desire to achieve my set goals and also to earn recognition and be the best at what I do.
