Why You Like This Job …
To Provide First Class executive assistant support to the CEO and COO of the company. You will oversee company-wide and administrative schedules, assist with monthly financial reports, and provide general administrative support to our remote team.
You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, travel and event planning, and other required administrative duties. He will work with our human resources and member success team, reporting directly to the CEO and COO.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general executive assistant support for all departments, mainly for the preparation of daily communications, reports, and presentations for the CEO and COO
Make copies and/or communications via email or other printed materials
Manage the schedule of the CEO and COO, and Arrange
company-wide as needed to assist with customer service tasks, such as communicating with customers or processing refunds and payments
Planning office events, gatherings, team meetings, and retirement annual teams with HR
QuickBooks reconciliation, payment, and reporting
Widely organized and complicated travel plans
Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and fax
Working hours 8 am to 5 pm Pacific time

Well organized and detail-oriented
Understanding office communication standards
Able to read and explain company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documents
Able to comply with confidentiality requirements and handle confidential and sensitive information
Advanced experience in travel planning
Detailed Schedule
A relaxed attitude and ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations reasonably (and should know the meaning of the word.
Can provide employees with efficient and effective customer service
Can communicate effectively through oral and written methods
Able to complete the work and follow up on the required timetables
Must be computer proficient and have access to new programs and systems
Must be proficient in Mac computers, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (requires Word and Excel) Google Calendar, and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to see the vehicle running errands.
The best candidate will have experience in the following areas:
At least 5 years executive assistant or office manager experience
Bachelor degree
Must have administrative management experience supporting corporate executives
Salary – $ 38,000 52,000 /per year
