The resident is looking for an executive assistant for our co-CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate for this position should be a person with ideas, a high degree of organization, foreseeable needs (thinking ten steps in advance), great attention to, good communication, and good at thriving in a remote environment.
You must be a resourceful problem solver and relationship builder, with a caring attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. Must be a trusted professional who can act as an extension of the leadership team in speaking, judgment, and decision-making.
This person will be responsible for minimizing conflicts and maximizing productivity, allowing our team to do its best.
This is a remote location to work from home. The position will start as a 90-day contract (subject to the employment contract).
To qualify for this position, you must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States. Candidates are given preference in the New York City metropolitan area.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Carry out full calendar management for our CEO, as primary and secondary responsibilities of the executive team, including all aspects of organizational calendar management, including time scheduling (internal and external reservation, call zoom, conflict resolution
will report to the Director of Personnel and assist the staff team in formulating employee engagement plans
Assist in logistics work related to team meetings, remote locations, events, and events
Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements to ensure a compact schedule and clear itinerary are in line with company T&E policy
Helps process expense reports, vendor contracts and invoice paperwork, purchase requisitions, including monthly expense reconciliations and reports and expenses on demand
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
The ability of PI to vote quickly and efficiently
General office duties and team support as needed

Executive Assistant Qualifications
Accelerated work experience in EA roles for Clevel executives with more than 5 years of work experience (start experience plus points).
E-commerce or DTC experience plus
Highly organized and careful, with strong customer service skills
Prioritizing experience in multiple projects
Being able to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must have a high degree of modern communication Competence tools
In-depth experience with Google G Suite tools (Gmail, documents, forms, slides, etc.)
Experience in using Slack and innately curious about learning new technology systems, workflow automation experience is an asset
Relationship builder in Supporting multiple executives. Experienced in global time zones and establishing connections between remote teams
Efficiency experts using creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, as well as Polished oral and written communication skills.

Collaborative teammates who work with other administrative assistants to support daily team plans and produce results
Able to achieve results within a tight deadline
