H1 seeks an Executive Assistant (EA) who will work collaboratively in the H1 team to improve efficiency and become the point of influence of the executive team.
EA can communicate effectively, has extraordinary organizational skills, has excellent followers, and is good at predicting the needs of colleagues.
The newly joined EA can develop processes to make them and the team more efficient and effective, and they will be expected to ensure that the organization of the executive team has no loose ends.
The position can be located anywhere in the United States, remotely or in our New York office; however, it will run during MT, CT, or ET business hours.

Main Responsibilities Of Executive Assistant at H1 Insights
Actively manage complex administrative calendars, be able to prioritize meetings and resolve conflicts, while ensuring that its administrative staff complete tasks on time
liaise with other administrative staff and C-Level employees, customers, external candidates, and other VIP members, including the arrangement of meetings and events and logistics work, and participate in general inquiries when necessary. Can effectively prioritize conflicting needs
Interface and maintain global internal and external relationships
Provide daily backups for other H1 team members as needed
Responsible for remote strategic meetings and other face-to-face meetings; planning and setup, including food & beverage, location, attendees, etc.
Prepare, read and analyze daily and advanced communications, including letters, emails, and reports.
Coordinate appointments, events, and meetings, including documents, notes, materials, presentations, etc.
arranges national and international travel for the executive team, including but not limited to airplanes, hotels, trains, car rentals, and meal reservations.
