Salary: $36,000 to $38,000 annually for 40 hours per week

Tasks

  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Receive and log complaints.

Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word.
